Winnie the Pooh,
A Goodwill red shirt, a couple yellow towels, some blue fabric,
headband and pipe cleaners to make ears with some of the extra towel fabric.
some sort of Honey prop
Jelly Fish
Clear umbrella, bubble wrap, all white outfit
Toy snakes wrapped through braided updo.
Final dress plus
Here is another pic from the serving up style event.
Here is the dress I made with the rest of that skirt fabric. super easy shape....
Easy Tube skirt and easy dinner
Easiest tube skirt ever made:
measure waist and hips for width plus width you want at knees.
length is from waist to knees.
cut and sew in elastic that fits your waist.
Stretch knit fabric when sewing down waist so it doesn't rip when you put it on.
This is how I would style it for work.
Easiest Tortilla soup recipe ever!!
Add all these ingredients to a pot. med heat till chicken looks good.
Add a tbsp sour cream and some cheese, on top of your individual bowl, if you like.
We always do.
Soft
This suede like material is soooo soft.
Directions:
Cut 34" width on fold. cut in half and 14" height
Sew together side seams
Cut elastic to size of waist
sew elastic together. fold waist fabric over elastic and sew down
cut two 34" by 5" pieces. sew side seams together
turn tension all the way up and stitch length all the way up. sew along one edge of the fabric to gather
Sew 2 pieces right sides together at gather
hem (I left my hem raw because it is a nice enough fabric to do so
Directions:
Cut two 34" width on fold. cut in half and 14" height
Sew together side seams (essentially making 2 skirts)
Turn inside out one skirt, placing raw side seams together on the inside
Cut elastic to size of waist
sew elastic together. fold waist fabric over elastic and sew down
Hem
I plan to cut the top layer slightly shorter then the bottom layer for a fun layering effect.
